The Continental Divide running shoe by Montrail is built for rough terrain trail running. Recognized as Runner's World Spring '06 "Best Trail Shoe Debut" because of its excellent protection and comfort while navigating rocky terrain.  A full length TPU plate protects the foot from rough terrain and provides support during long periods of running, and a dual density midsole is added for midfoot support and pronation control. A lower profile midsole with Terra-Hex cushioning offers improved stability, cushioning, and better trail feel. 

The Continental Divide running shoe has a posted midsole for pronation resistance, a lower center of gravity and has a medium volume with a roomy toe box.  Perfect for anyone looking to run long distances or ultramarathons.
