The Transition Jacket by Mountain Hardwear is one of the most versatile jackets to hit the stores this fall.   Made with a Windstopper Soft Shell fabric offering incredible wind resistance and a soft shell material that repels light rain and snow. The Transition Jacket has an extremely breathable, windproof membrane sandwiched between a moisture-grabbing brushed polyester inner and a moisture-wicking jersey knit face. Fitted close to the body and sealed by LycraŽ at hems and cuffs, this Transition garment creates a microclimate next to the skin.  When you start to run or hike, the material literally pushes moisture out of the fabric leaving you dry and warm.  A full front zipper with internal draft flap/chin guard keeps wind out of the jacket and has a 360 degree reflectivity for biking or hiking late night.
