THERM-A-REST PROLITE 3 SLEEPING PAD (WOMEN'S)

The Prolite 3 sleeping pad by Therma-rest is a compact, 3-season mattress that is especially designed for women.  At first, this sounded kind of funny to me, aren't pads just pads?

Evidently not so, the Prolite 3 mattress has been designed with certain features to keep us happier while sleeping on the ground.  Therma-Rest added insulation in the feet and torso, to keep us ladies warmer in the areas where we suffer in the cold the most.  They specially sized the pads to fit the contours of our bodies better.  Then made them ultralight and compact, reducing the amount of weight we carry in our packs.
